ORDERING PROCESS Fill out the Kharma Designs Order Form, click submit, and your order will be processed within 24 hours. You will receive an email order confirmation which will contain a link directing you to PayPal. Once you have paid your invoice total, your order will be shipped. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange your merchandise within 14 days from date of purchase. Our Collection carries specialty items and due to the nature of delicate work on fabrics, one-of-a-kind designs, and limited quantity an exchange policy is extended.
Accessories and Sale items are a Final Sale, cannot be exchanged, and no refund will be given. IMPORTANT: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION and UNWORN. ALL tags must be attached and free of any defects. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost or damaged before they reach kharmadesigns.com. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS that allows you to track your package.
